REHAB AT WORK is recognized as an essential service by the Department of Homeland Security therefore we will continue to remain open during this time. For clients unable to come in to our clinics due to COVID-19 related symptoms, we are now providing 1:1 virtual visits with licensed Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

REHAB AT WORK utilizes audio and visual Telehealth technology to provide in-home personalized Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services when you are unable to attend in-clinic therapy. While not a replacement for in-clinic therapy, we are able to provide you with the personalized care you need in your home. 

Please follow the steps below to schedule your Telehealth appointment with REHAB AT WORK:

1- If you are a medical or vocational provider and would like to refer a client for Telehealth services- please complete the online referral below or call the Baltimore Clinic at (410) 866-3855 to make a referral over the phone.

2- If you are a patient and would like to schedule Telehealth sessions for yourself- please complete the online referral below and we will contact you shortly to schedule or call the Baltimore Clinic at (410) 866-3855 to make an appointment over the phone.

3- Patients will be asked to complete online Telehealth Patient Intake Forms below.


4- Patients will receive an email from his or her therapist with a link to your scheduled Telehealth session prior to your selected appointment time.
