At all of our 9 locations, our therapists are trained in using Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) tools. These tools are ergonomically designed instruments to help break down some of the scar tissue and fascial restrictions that build up over time after an injury.
All of our therapists have recently gone through TRX Suspension Training. They are now further able to accurately and safely demonstrate a variety of exercises that can help to target and strengthen specific muscle groups.
