Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services

PERSONALIZED PHYSICAL & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Progressive, individualized evaluations and treatment of musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries performend by our licensed professionals.

FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY EVALUATION (FCE)

One or two day evaluations to determine the injuried worker's ability to fulfill the job demands for return to regular or modified duty. This is an effective tool to identify workers who may be exaggerating their functional limitations.

CUSTOMIZED WORK HARDENING

Daily rehabilitation program used to increase injured workers' physical demands, functional abilities, and workplace tolerances to determine their ability to return to work. Real work simulation tasks and actual job equipment are utilized.

CUSTOMIZED WORK CONDITIONING

Treatment program to address specific return to work issues such as workplace tolerance, lifting demands, and worker behaviors.

WORK SITE THERAPY

Evaluation and treatment provided at the injured workers' work site thereby reducing lost work hours and allows the worker to use the machines and equipment at the work site.

JOB SITE ANALYSIS

Assesses the work site to identify any problem areas that may affect return to work. Recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications are given.

WORK READY AND FUNCITONAL RESTORATION PROGRAM

The injured worker is able to workout to maintain fitness and conditioning levels while participating in job search. This ensures all progress is maintained after completion of a full rehabilitation program or determines if the worker is ready for full-time rehabilitation.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT FUNCTIONAL TESTING

Functional testing at the time of employment offer. Testing is used to determine if the potential employee is able to meet critical job demands.

ADA CONSULTATION

Job analysis for critical demands and recommendations for design modifications.
