What do I need for my first appointment?

Be on time for your appointment and arrange for child care, if needed

Bring the forms listed on the For Patients page, completed

Wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a pair of shorts if you have a back, leg or foot injury

Wear comfortable and supportive shoes ( no sandals, dress shoes, boots, etc.

Bring all medications, records, and diagnostic test results

Continue to take all medications as prescribed, including those not related to your injury (i.e. high blood pressure medication)

Bring reading glasses, if needed

Leave excessive jewerly at home

What are the components of the FCE?
There are four main parts of the evaluation - the intake process, the clinical interview, the musculoskeletal exam and the functional and work simulation testing.

Do I have to pay a co-pay every time I come in?
Yes, you do if your insurance plan requires it. We will verify your insurance coverage and benefits prior to your first visit.

We mostly treat people with orthopedic injuries of all ages based on individual situations.

Are your therapists licensed?
Yes, all of our therapists are licensed in the state where they treat. In Maryland, per regulations, our clinicians are certified with the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission.

What are your office appointment hours?
We schedule appointment times from 8:00 to 3:30 Monday to Friday.

How can I get a copy of my records?
You have to submit a written request upon completion of your services. It will take three weeks for you to receive your report.
